Celsius Santé
Give shape to a place of care that reassures, guides and gives meaning to the local emergency.
Problem
Celsius Santé was born out of a conviction: to create a new model of local care for daily emergencies, capable of relieving hospital congestion while offering a quality patient experience. But to exist in the face of hospital emergencies and conventional medical offices, this project needed a strong, differentiating and reassuring identity from day one. The challenge: to start from scratch and build a credible, immediately deployable brand, while respecting the strict constraints of the medical sector. The challenge was twofold: to attract patients and to inspire confidence in health professionals.
Solution
In collaboration with the Clint agency and Via Sana, we took charge of the artistic direction, graphic design and signage of the first center. Our approach: to visually translate the ambition of Celsius, to treat quickly, well, and humanely through a reassuring, modern and guiding visual language. After in-depth discussions with Gaspard and his associates, we designed a logo, a complete visual identity, a guide style and signage designed to support the patient as soon as he arrived. Each graphic choice had to inspire confidence, clarity and professionalism, while adapting to a rapid and scalable deployment for future centers.
Results
The first Celsius Santé center opened in Paris and welcomed more than 1,500 patients in two months. The visual identity immediately fulfilled its role: to create a reassuring and professional environment that differs from traditional hospital emergencies. A patient testifies: “The place is clean, modern and very well organized, you immediately feel confident.” Beyond the successful opening, the identity was designed to scale: coherent, flexible and adaptable to future centers. Celsius now has a clear, credible brand that is ready to support its national development.
