Those Guys Studio, a French limited liability company with a share capital of 1,000 euros, registered office at 12 rue Bargue, 75015 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 989 287 388. For any question about your data: hello@thoseguys.studio. Our activity does not require us to appoint a data protection officer.

‍Contact form. We collect your first name, last name, email address, company name, subject and message, in order to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. This processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us. This data is kept for three years from our last exchange, and is accessible only to the managing directors of Those Guys Studio and to our email provider. All fields are necessary to handle your enquiry.
Audience measurement. We measure site traffic with Humblytics, a tool designed to work without cookies. It records pages viewed, referral source, device type, browser, country, scroll depth and clicks. Visitors are distinguished by a non-identifying technical signature, and no IP address is kept in clear text. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used, and falls under the consent exemption applicable to audience measurement. Language preference. The site stores the detected country in your browser in order to serve you the French or English version. This information stays on your device, is never sent to us, and expires after twenty-four hours. Form security. The contact form is protected against automated submissions by Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses technical signals from your browser to tell a human from a robot.

‍Our providers. The site is hosted by Webflow, Inc. (United States). Our email runs on Google Workspace (United States). Form protection and media delivery go through Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). Audience measurement is provided by Humblytics. These providers act on our behalf and are not allowed to use your data for any other purpose. Transfers to the United States are covered either by these companies' certification under the Data Privacy Framework or by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
Cookies and trackers. This site sets no advertising cookie and no tracker subject to your consent, which is why no banner is shown to you. The only items stored on your device are your language preference, erased after twenty-four hours, and the technical elements needed to protect the form against robots. Our audience measurement tool works without cookies.
Your rights. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. We answer within one month, and proof of identity may be requested in case of reasonable doubt.
