Those Guys Studio, a French limited liability company with a share capital of 1,000 euros, registered office at 12 rue Bargue, 75015 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 989 287 388. For any question about your data: hello@thoseguys.studio. Our activity does not require us to appoint a data protection officer.

Contact by email. When you write to us at hello@thoseguys.studio, we process your email address and the content of your message, in order to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. This processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us. This data is kept for three years from our last exchange, and is accessible only to the managing directors of Those Guys Studio and to our email provider.

Audience measurement. We measure site traffic with Humblytics, a tool designed to work without cookies. It records pages viewed, referral source, device type, browser, country, scroll depth and clicks. Visitors are distinguished by a non-identifying technical signature, and no IP address is kept in clear text. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used, and falls under the consent exemption applicable to audience measurement.

Language preference. When you choose a language with the site’s language switch, that choice is stored in your browser to show you the same version on your next visit. Your browser’s language is read on your device to offer you the French or English version. This information stays on your device, is never sent to us, and the choice remains stored until you clear it.

Our providers. The site is hosted and delivered by Vercel Inc. (United States). Our email runs on Google Workspace (United States). Audience measurement is provided by Humblytics. These providers act on our behalf and are not allowed to use your data for any other purpose. Transfers to the United States are covered either by these companies' certification under the Data Privacy Framework or by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.

Cookies and trackers. This site sets no advertising cookie and no tracker subject to your consent, which is why no banner is shown to you. The only item stored on your device is your language preference, which you can erase at any time from your browser settings. Our audience measurement tool works without cookies.

Your rights. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. We answer within one month, and proof of identity may be requested in case of reasonable doubt. If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, or www.cnil.fr. The site is served exclusively over HTTPS and access to data is limited to the people who need it.
