## Approach

For an investor, a talent or a buyer, the way a company is perceived becomes its reality. Our work is to shape that perception with the same rigor the company puts into what it makes.

We work in two ways. With companies just getting started, we build the brand alongside the founder: strategy first, then identity and website. From day one, the company shows up at the level of what it builds.

With established companies, we evolve the existing brand. We meet leadership, marketing and the teams, we go on site, we capture the ground in photo and video, and every step is approved through weekly checkpoints. The brand gains character, and the people who carry it every day recognize themselves in it.
